Fees
Initial Psychiatric Assessment 60 minutes $350
Follow-Up Visit 30 minutes $150
Follow-Up Visit 60 minutes $250
We do not take any insurance. We take credit or debit cards only. We can provide you with a Superbill so that you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance.
We do not and cannot see anyone who has Medicare or Medicaid. You will need to find an alternate provider.

These prices are good from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
We do not prescribe benzodiazepines or stimulants. If you are already taking benzodiazepines or stimulants we will not refill the medications. You will need to find another prescriber or go back to your original provider.

Emotional Support Animal Letter $50 plus visit
Disability Form (FMLA, STD, LTD) $100 plus visit. (You must be an established patient for at least 6 months and at least 6 visits).
Allow at least 2 business days for your form or letter completion.

ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
Early morning appointments can be accommodated on Sunday and Monday by video only with appointments as early as 6am.
Monday: 10am - 2pm - video and in-person
Tues-Friday: 8pm to 10pm - video only
Saturday: 10am to 2pm - video and in-person
Sunday: 10am to 2pm - video only
